Hood cleaning: the full system
A cleaning that only covers the hood, and maybe the roof fan, leaves the ductwork in between. Ours covers every part of the system, and the photos show it.

Canopy interior and exterior degreased.

The area behind the filters, where grease builds up out of sight.
Ductwork
Cleaned through access panels toward bare metal, with photos of the inside.
Exhaust fan
Blades and housing cleaned, and condition checked while we are up there.
Standards and fire safety
We clean to NFPA 96 standards and follow applicable ANSI standards and local code. We work carefully around your fire suppression equipment and point out anything your fire protection provider should look at.

Belt, bearing, and motor replacement on belt-driven and direct-drive fans. Hinge kits installed where missing, so the fan can tilt open for cleaning and service.
