About Guardian Hood Services
Guardian Hood Services does two things for commercial kitchens: we clean the full exhaust system, from the hood through the ductwork to the fan, and we keep exhaust and makeup air fans running.
Our approach is simple: you should be able to see the work you pay for. Too often, a cleaning covers the parts anyone can see and stops there. So we photograph every part of the system before and after, including the inside of the duct and the fan, and we write down what we find.
We're based in Schwenksville, PA and serve kitchens across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, with 24/7 emergency fan service.
Our compliance stance
We follow NFPA 96, Applicable ANSI standards, Local fire and mechanical code on every job today. We clean to bare metal per NFPA 96 and document it with photos.
We are working toward full industry certifications.
